How Arbor Builds Your New Home
Depending on the community you choose, Arbor Homes uses one of two proven construction methods: traditional on-site construction or panel-built construction. Both methods are designed to deliver a high-quality new home built to Arbor Homes’ standards and backed by our warranty.
With traditional construction, your home is built directly at the homesite, allowing you to experience the different stages of construction as your home progresses from foundation to completion.
With panel-built construction, precision-engineered wall panels are manufactured in a controlled factory environment and then transported to the homesite for assembly. This process can help streamline the construction timeline while providing the consistency and precision of a controlled manufacturing environment.
The construction method may vary by community, but our commitment to quality remains the same. Whichever method is used, you can expect a thoughtfully built new construction home designed around your needs and backed by Arbor Homes’ commitment to quality.
