Neighborhoods

Last week we had several meetings with other builders in our area we were very underwhelmed to say the least and sadden by the lack of transparency in their processes.

Saturday 5/1/2021 we met with Jeff B and we were blown away. He gave his full attention to us and truly educated us on the home building process. He was very transparent and his knowledge was impressive, especially what he knew off the top of his head. He was not pushy, he did not try to talk us into anything or up sale us into something we couldn't afford. He was very honest and up front about everything. You don't meet very many "sales" people who are honest and laid back. He was very easy to talk to and conscience of our budget. To that note I believe he would have spoke to us with the same enthusiasm as if we were looking to buy a $500,000 home. You can tell he likes his job and does it well.

I would also like to mention the online inquiry lady who helped us Claire. She was great and very informative. We had such a positive experience I thought it was certainly worth my time in writing this review.
