Realtor Commission Program Details:

1. Commission Rates
   • Arbor Homes offers a 2% commission of the final purchase price for inventory homes and new build homes, payable at closing. Commissions are set at market rate to ensure a competitive and fair compensation structure.
2. Buyer Agency Agreement Requirement
   • To participate in Arbor Homes' Realtor commission program, we require a signed Buyer Agency Agreement between the Broker and Buyer. This document must be submitted to qualify for commission.
3. W-9 Submission
   • A completed W-9 form must be on file with Arbor Homes’ corporate office to process commission payments.
4. Eligibility
   • This program applies to licensed Brokers in good standing within the State of Ohio.
