At Arbor Homes, we value our partnership with real estate professionals and are committed to providing a straightforward commission program aligned with the latest industry guidelines.
Realtor Commission Program Details:
- Commission Rates
- Arbor Homes offers a 2.5% commission of the total sales price for new builds and inventory homes, payable at closing.
- Tiered Bonus Structure:
- 2nd sale of the year = $1.500.00 bonus
- 3rd sale of the year = $2,500.00 bonus
- 4th sale of the year = $4,000.00 bonus
- 5 or more sales for the year = $5,000.00 bonus
- Arbor Homes offers a 2.5% commission of the total sales price for new builds and inventory homes, payable at closing.
- Buyer Agency Agreement Requirement
- To participate in Arbor Homes' Realtor commission program, we require a signed Buyer Agency Agreement between the Broker and Buyer. This document must be submitted to qualify for commission.
- W-9 Submission
- A completed W-9 form must be on file with Arbor Homes’ corporate office to process commission payments.
- Eligibility
- This program applies to licensed Brokers in good standing within the State of Ohio.
