    Real Estate Agent Program FAQ's

How Do I Participate in the Realtor® Program?

There are four ways to sign up for the Realtor® Participation Program:

    • It is preferred that the Real Estate Agents brings the prospective client(s), on their initial visit, to register the client and him/herself on the Guest Registration Card with the Arbor Homes Community Sales Manager.

If it is not possible to accompany your client on their first visit, we ask that you contact us in advance of their visit in any of the following ways:

    • Register your client on our website.
    • Connect with our responsive team of Online Sales Consultants (OSCs) or Community Sales Managers by phone or email. They are eager to register your clients and discuss how we can best serve their needs.
    • If a client does visit the sales model on their own, they must list the Real Estate Agent on their first visit for the Agent to be included in the sale.
What if My Customer is Credit Challenged, Needs Time to Save a Down Payment or is Currently in a Lease Agreement?

Arbor Homes has many programs to accommodate specific client situations. Contact a Community Sales Manager today for more details.

    How Do I Get Paid?

Nearly 60% of our business each year includes Real Estate Agent participation. Arbor Homes is proud to offer licensed Indiana Real Estate Agents the below commission program.

Arbor Homes agrees to pay 2% of Full Purchase Price for inventory homes or 2% of Base Price for client-initiated builds at closing for all qualified sales of Arbor Series homes.

Due to the abbreviated sales process for Genesis Series homes, Arbor Homes agrees to pay a $3,000 flat fee for inventory homes or client-initiated builds at closing for qualified sales of Genesis Series homes.

A completed W-9 form must be on file with the Arbor Corporate Office for each sale transacted with a Real Estate Agent. Agents are required to provide a copy of their active Indiana Broker License and Buyer Agency Agreement.

*FOR REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS ONLY. Broker & Agent Cooperation. 2024 Arbor Homes & Silverthorne Homes.
